Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order is dispatched.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an eligible cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy and the payment provider's processing timelines.
